double victory

today, both water polo girls and boys won (:
we won AC  4-9, which means we are going to play for the bronze medal against SA JC.
the boys won ACSI 6-8, which means that they’re going to play for the gold medal against RI.

i’m so happy. i played the longest i’ve ever played for a match and i scored the last goal. cos the girl marking me got sacked; she deserved it for ramming into me and pulling me down. pfft. today’s fourth quarter was a million times worse than the entire SA game—the girls became rougher, more violent. and that pissed me off real bad. but i'm proud that we emerged victorious nonetheless, and it was a tough fight.
(i heard from val on the way home that i didn’t play well for the first quarter. i didn’t realise…guess i’ll find out during tomorrow debrief.)

today, we missed out on the usual stuff like taking photo with the horse statue and taking a double-decked 74. hehe but it doesn’t matter! we can do all the usual stuff on monday, before the match against SA haha ;) it’s my first & probably last time being in a sports cca and the feeling is so different, so unique and i hope i can cherish these memories forever (:

i dont know why, but after every match, i feel like crap. all sore and headache-y ): and yes, i still have diarrhoea. this is no joke.

anyway, i look forward to a great day at school tomorrow, and at trng ^^ we’re making history, water polo girls <3
